Brief Answer: Yes it does Detailed Answer: Good Day Madam! Than you for asking my name is Dr S Khan and i would like to answe royur query regarding cinnamon extracts role in glucose monitoring. And the answer is yes. It does help. Madam i want you to know that Cinnamon has been used medicinally in traditional Chinese culture for thousands of years.In addition to its use as a spice, cinnamon has been used to treat a variety of ailments such as headaches, loss of appetite, dyspepsia, the common cold, inflammation, wounds, nausea, and diarrhea. Cinnamon has also been used to treat the thirsty disease, which was the traditional term used for diabetes in China, identifying it by the polydypsia(increased thirst) and polyuria( increased urine voiding) that result from excessive hyperglycemia ( high glucose levels).
