Brief Answer:

Information

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If your urine has been tested with a complete urinalysis, culture, and sensitivity test (rather than a simple dip urine test done while you are waiting), no STDs, and no diabetes, it's possible you have inflammation of the urethra, bladder, or prostate without infection.

There can be other causes such as irritation from alcohol or other things that have been ingested.

First, make sure that when you were tested, a full urinalysis, culture, and sensitivity test were done on the urine and not a dipstick urine test.

Once that is obtained, if that is all negative, then I recommend a consult with a urologist who can do an exam and imaging to see what is going on.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
