Question: Hello, and thanks for replying.

Is it normal for the boobs to get bigger during menopause? Mine sure have so I am concerned. Thank You.

Thanks for the query to hcm,
No, there is no such evidence nor it is seen that breasts tend to increase in size during menopause. In fact in absence of estrogen the breast fat tend to reduce and they tend to sag, so it is advised that you should get yourself examined for increase in size, to rule out any possible cancerous growth. It is suggested that if you are more than 55 years of age then you should definitely get a mammography done.
