Posted on Tue, 24 May 2016
Question: Hi. I wake up and sometimes my eye is blurry. It changes between left and right. I sleep on my hands alot of the time and not sure if this would cause it? I dis see a ophthamologist aroumd 4-5wks ago and they said im pushing my eye when sleeping. They done alot of tests and gave me the all clear. Still worried it could be a stroke or something serious. Any help would be good. Thank you

Brief Answer:
No cause of concern.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Since you have already been examined by an expert very recently, there appears to be no cause of concern. The cause can always be, as pointed out,can be pressure on the eye.
Continue with lubricant eye drops, and as you are a healthy young man, proper diet and vitamin supplements will always be welcome.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
