Question: My blood pressure is 145/105 how bad is that.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your systolic blood pressure is acceptable but diastolic is a bit high. It should be aimed for less than a hundred. A good complaint use of antihypertensive medications and diet and lifestyle changes should fix it.

Nut shell it is not that bad to be uncorrectable. Easily manageable. Reduce it to less than 140 and 90.
