Brief Answer:
not likely cause acute (immediate) damage

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Most of the risks associated with hypertension are long term complications not short terms.
This means that there is a risk of a persistently high blood pressure causing changes to the body particularly the heart, kidneys, eyes, blood vessels , brain.

The blood pressure would have to be very high to cause acute (immediate ) changes.

It is not likely that this reading would have any immediate effect but if it continues to be high then there is risk of developing complications of high blood pressure.

You should be seen by your doctor for the blood pressure to be reassessed, if the diastolic (bottom reading) remains as high, then medication may be needed
or your present medication may need adjustment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
