Question: My husband felt weak, sat down, nothing changed, took his blood pressure (mainly for something to do) 132 over 77, started sweating a little, felt nauseated and threw up. This is unusual as he is usually very healthy. He is 70 yrs old.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

In most of the cases his symptoms especially dizziness are associated with :
- inner ear disorders
- Neck spondylitis (cervical spondyloarthrosis)

If you were my patient I would recommend to use betahistine tablets to relieve your symptoms. If the symptoms will persist after 3 days you should contact an ENT specialist.

Wish you health!
