Hello and welcome,

It is on the lower side, but if you are otherwise well, and no light headedness or fainting, nausea, confusion, breathing problems, or dehydration it is not concerning. Also, I am assuming you are not having an allergic reaction or a bad infection.

Some people run lower blood pressures, especially people who are thin. And most people's blood pressures decrease when less active.

If your blood pressure is always quite low, and if you have any other abnormal symptoms such as fatigue, talk with your doctor about this. He or she may want to check your thyroid function, and blood sugar.

I feel a bit light headed recently yes, but I think it is anxiety.

No, I feel anxious and depressed really.

It varies day to day, but typically I'd say:

50MG 5-HTP (at night)
1-2 Grams of Vitamin C
Vitamin B Complex Strong
DL-Phenylalanine (some mornings)
Thanine (on occasions)
Vitamin D 5,000 IU most days
Zinc 20-40 MG (have had acne, it helped it go away(
Copper on occasions

These supplements are ok - won't drop blood pressure excessively.

None of the supplements you listed would be a significant cause for lowering blood pressure.

If you are able, increasing general activity might raise your blood pressure. But if you are already generally fit, then I wouldn't worry about the low blood pressure.
