*did you exert yourself in any way?
*do you have any headaches or muscle weakness on any one side of your body?
*when was your last doctor's appointment and how much was your blood pressure at that time?

I recommend :
- a consult with your treating doctor right away. If not possible, visit the emergency.
-electrocardiogram and echocardiogram to check heart function.
-blood tests (complete blood count, lipid profile, blood glucose panel, cardiac enzymes, kidney and liver function tests, clotting profile)
