My blood pressure is been going out of wacky. 114/88/49 and it go see between 120/87/57. This is very on normal for me. My normal blood pressure is 138/91/90. I'm also been getting sharp pains. Brief Answer:
Normal range blood pressure. Let me know about the sharp pains

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Your blood pressure is within normal range only. The values you have posted are fine. Maybe you have had higher values before you started the diet, but these ones are normal.

Blood pressure changes a lot in every person. If you measure it at rest and after you run or after you take a cup of coffee it will be different all the times. But the values that are to be taken into consideration are when you are at rest. Normal values for your age vary between 90/60 and 130/90. So every value between these values is normal.

Let me know more about the sharp pains...where is it localized, what makes it worse or better, what triggers it, etc.

Hope I have clarified you a little bit.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
