In humans, Blastomycosis is a fungal infection caused by the inhalation of the infection-causing organism in its natural form found in the soil. It is also called Gilchrist's disease or North American blastomycosis or even Blastomycetric dermatitis.

There exists no such thing called cystomycosis in humans, so No ma'am, they are not the same.
