Brief Answer:
Not related to heart

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
It is very rare of you to have a blockage with thrombus inside your heart artery.
The current pain you are telling does not look to be because of heart & must be some muscle pain.
Cardiac pain is not localised(it is diffused) and increases on exertion.
We generally prescribe Tab Ultraset to such patients. I'll also recommend you to take some antiacidity medication like Pantoprazole 40mg once daily because the current medications you are taking causes gastritis.
I hope the answer helped you.
If you have any more question I'll be happy to help.
Thanks & take care
