Brief Answer:
There is no need of any further tests. you are healthy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of HIV after the incidence.

After analyzing the complete query with diligence and interpreting the reports let me reassure you that you don't have HIV.

It is because of the fact that the antibodies to hiv are expressed at the maximum of 3 months from the time of exposure.

In your case the tests are done beyond that period indicating the negative status. So both your tests are sufficient and no need to do any further tests.

I hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Cephalexin has no interference with ELISA results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up with queries.

There is no effect of any antibiotics including cephalexin with the test results of ELISA. So you shouldn't be worried about the test result interpretation. If you haven't had any unprotected intercourse after your last incidence then it is confirmatory to declare that you are healthy.

I hope this allays all your anxieties.

Brief Answer:
Various suggestions for your queries.

Detailed Answer:
Dear young fellow,
Welcome back and thanks for posting your further concern.
I have diligently analyzed your complete query and noted your concern.
Let me reassure you again that you are totally healthy and there is no point of concern.

Your tests are convulsive and final. There is no need of any further tests. As per best of my updated knowledge I reassure you that the tests are conclusive after 3 months.

For balanoposthitis : it is quite common to find this thing in any young uncircumcised men. It is due to mild proliferation of microorganisms. It is self subsiding condition and there nothing to be worried about the same.

I hope this helps.
