Brief Answer:
About low A1c:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A low A1c level is suggestive for hypoglycemia or low blood sugar events.
Usually, hypoglycemia is manifested with; a hungry feeling, sweating, fatigue, stomach ache etc. that improve after taking a carbohydrate load.

If you have these symptoms check the blood sugar with a glucometer at that moment if under 70 mg/ dl, see a physician in person for further examinations.

A low A1c is also found in individuals with anemia.
In these it is not taken into consideration.

Hope to have been helpful. Feel free to ask further.

Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
