Aricept is an anticholinergic medication, which does have confusion and possible delirium as a side effect, which could result in aggressive behavior. However, it is important to keep in mind that dementia, which Aricept treats, also includes aggressive behavior as a symptom. So, this may not be related to Aricept at all.
