Is A Workout Schedule Involving Yoga Thrice A Week And Strength Training Thrice A Week For A 43-year-old Advisable?

Question: Hi i am 43 year old... my workout schefule is : run abd yoga 3 days a week.
Run and yoga morning and evening 3 days. Other 3 days strength training.
Is this is fine??? Find difficult to plan proper food to support this workout..
In this rigorious workout and proper diet also i am unable to loose weight...
After 40 can'twe reduce...
Currently its betn 55 to 56 kg. Need to reduce 4 kg..
How to do???

2 . If i run long distance is okk.. as we run on thar road..

3. Should i take any supplements like
Multivitamin c cod etc??
Infact is a confusion.

Normally i do t overeat except cheat days.
My foods are : millets , vegetable, fruit, flaxseeds curd, egg whey protien, etc

If you know your body fat percentage you can mention it.
You have to take 100 calories less then your maintainance calories.
I would provide you with a breakdown of macros but please provide the required details.

2)For fat loss best way is hill walking,You have to run on a elevated surface like tread mill.
Pulse rate around 85% of (220-AGE) is very good for fat burning.
Please tell me you age also?

3)Only with proper nutrition supplements like yohimbine,Conjugated linoleic acid would help.
Without perfectly designed workout and diet no use of taking any supplements.

Thanks for the quick reply doc. app is not working. hence could not reply yesterday evening.
1. Age : 43
2. Sex : Female
3. Body Fat %age : 33.30% on 04/05/2018.
4. Viscoral Fat : 5.0% on 04.05.18
(latest to be checked)
5.Height / Wgt : 157 / 56 kg
6. Regarding 100 Calorie control :
Actually, i use healthify me app. according to the app suggestion Normal portion is 1300
with workout it is 1800 per day.
But i am always eat lesser qty between 1200 to 1500.

By your details your macros are
Carbs 115 gm
protein 115 gm
fats 26 gm
Divide them into 4 meals.
If you will follow this then only you can use supplements like yohimbine 8mg once daily before breakfast with conjugated linoleic acid one tablet before work out.

You could take 3 scoobs of whey protein 8 hourly with steamed chicken breast,egg whites.
2 Loafs of brown bread in morning(25 gm carbs) 50 gram raw brown rice(35gm) and 50 gram aata chapati(35 gm carbs)
Fat 26 gram you would take from 1 scoob of peanut butter in morning and evening.
30 minutes of cardio every alternate day with 5 days weight training.
Aim losing 0.5 kg per week.

Medically, yohimbine is a pre-synaptic alpha-2-adrenergic blocking agent, also referred to as an alpha 2-adrenergic antagonist. This action increases sympathetic nervous system activity, and can result in increasing the amounts of epinephrine (also known as adrenaline) and norepinephrine in the blood stream which burns brown fat.
CLA also help burning peripheral fat.
Minimum 3 months it should be used.
