Brief Answer:
yes you can..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your son,

Well since he immediately vomited it, so you can repeat the dose of Drotin syrup (at this age group of children it can be given 20 mg three times daily, so please calculate the ml in your medicine bottle and give accordingly)..

Please also note, pain is a very non-specific symptom, and if worse, not better within a while, I'd suggest you to get him promptly checked up by his Pediatrician or take him to your nearby children's hospital for a quick look into this..

Wish him a fast recovery and good health..

Take Care
Kind Regards
