Hi,

It is not that bad, but, it is indicative for possible anxiety. Try not to measure your heartbeats through a digital monitor to avoid false results and at least 1 hour after eating or any other physical activity.

Avoid:
- caffeinated drinks (coffee, energetic drinks)
- smoking
- salty foods
- animal proteins
- increase physical activity
