Is A Recurring Sore On The Penile Shaft Indicative Of Herpes?
Question: I have not been exposed to anyone who has herpes, but I'm afraid of a sore that seems to be recurring on my penile shaft. I've taken a photo and was wondering if you could look at it - it's very sensitive to the touch. I do have hypospadia, but not severe. My penis is also not very big and I have a lot of pubic fat (although I'm losing weight) so the penis seems to disappear into the fat frequently.
there is also a lot of severe itching on the testicles, sometimes I can wind up itching it raw.

You are wondering what the lesions on your penis are. From your image that you uploaded it looks like you have a fungal infection. This would go along with the itching and then pubic fat covering up your penis. All this allows for fungus to grow. Fungus likes area that are moist, warm and dark which is the perfect area around you penis and testicles. I recommend that you get OTC lamisil spray or tinactin spray and use it twice a day until the rash itching and sores are healed. Losing the weight will help too.
