Is A Prescription Required To Purchase ADHD Medication?

Question: I am a 51 year-old male with no health issues (i.e. no heart or disease issues).

I do think I have adult ADHD as I have a hard time concentrating for long periods of time.

Is it possible to be written a prescription for ADHD medicine online or do I have to go to a local doctor?
