Is A Pimple Like Thing Near The Breast A Cause For Concern?
Question: I have a what looks like a pimple on my breast near my nipple. It is not raised. Should I be concerned?

* The Pimple like thing near your breast ( actually at the border of dark/ pinkish circle around your nipple Or Areola)) is mostly a normal anatomical feature in breast. It is called XXXXXXX gland They are skin glands of areolar skin. It is supposed to secrete lubricating liquid for nipple.
XXXXXXX glands are usually unnoticeable or can stand out as small tubercles around margin of areola of breast.They are mostly not painful, unless infected.
They are marked out in pregnancy& is known to facilitate breast feeding.
* So, you need not worry, it's normal.
please do not try to squeeze it.. that may cause trauma & infection
