Question: Hi doc,
I have a sexual problem that my penis is very small around 3 inchs and not so thick. I am not married, also I am afraid to marry can you plaese suggest sone medicine for this. I am very much hopeless now a days.

Hi Dr,

Please find the details you asked
Flaccid:
length 6 cm and circumference 6 cm
Erect:
length 9-10 cm and circumference 7-8 cm

Also the timing of masturbation is around 1 - 2 min and I uses it around 2 times in a week.
Looking for your reply, I am very much affried regarding this please suggest me.

First regarding the length of penis. The average size of penis in Indians is 2-4 inch in flaccid sate and 3-5 inch in erect state. It can be said that your penis is within normal range of most people.

Regarding circumference- The same is applicable for circumference. Although it is slightly lower but not too much low. In other terms the size of your penis is average and there is nothing to be ashamed about it.

Female vagina is around 7-9 inch. Out of this only one third (outer) is sensitive and can receive the stimuli. In other words any penis larger than 3 inch or more can give equal pleasure to women.

You do not need to take medication for increasing circumferences it is average and no medicine can increase it. The only option for increasing is surgery which is not required in your case.

Regarding timing the kegel exercise is recommended as this is the method which is likely to improve your timing. You are requested to have at least 100 contractions per day. Although it is difficult to describe here but it can be googled over internet. Startfrom few seconds per contractions and increase it to 10-15 second per contraction in gradual manner.
