Brief Answer:
Symptoms can be attributed to Typhoid Fever

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail

As per your description, the possibility of these symptoms can be attributed to Typhoid.

The risk of pregnancy exists only if you had participated in unprotected sexual activity in the fertile phase of the menstrual cycle i.e during day11 to day17.

As the periods are due in the next 4days you alcantara possibility adorpt a wait and watch procedure.

Antibiotics should be started at the earliest to prevent complications of typhoid Fever.
