Brief Answer:
Probably an anxiety disorder!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of anxiety disorder and clearly shows why xanax was good at controlling it. This happens when we have excessive stimulation of excitatory nerves. There is no need to get a doctor's visit for this unless it happens several times and more often than about once every 6months. Xanax is good and you may also want to have some clonazepam which is a better drug at managing this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
