Brief Answer:
Yes,it may cause problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Circlage stitches are usually removed at 37-38 weeks of pregnancy to avoid cervical laceration.
In your case as your cervical dilatation is starting, you should visit to your gynecologist and removed your stitches to avoid laceration.
You should also take steroid injection for foetal lung maturation and rest as much as possible.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.

Thank you doctor. I made a typo. I am in my 31st week now and my gynec has told that the cervical stitches will be removed in my 37th week.
i have been advised bed rest too. I am only concerned about the cervix length which is 1 cm right now. Will it be a problem if it doesn't increase in next 6 weeks? Please reply

Brief Answer:
No problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are always welcome.
If your cervical length is 1 cm at 31 weeks, it will not going to be increased in next 6 weeks.
Now cervical length is not an issue, you have to see for cervical dilatation.
We have to prevent cervical dilatation,so we are able to prevent premature delivery for that you have to take complete bed rest with pillow under legs, uterine relaxant and steroids.
And time to time gynae visit.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Thank you again for your response. I am taking bed rest with legs in elevated position. Also taking progestrone injection every 15 days.
If cervical length is not a problem now, my question is will I be able to deliver normally without undergoing a C section?
