Hello,

Thanks for the Query.

I Would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:

1.) Do you have tenderness in testicles?
2.) Do you have fever with chills?
3.) Do you have burning sensation while passing Urine?

Your History doesn't suggest anything serious, it appears to be a Dilated vein.

I Would suggest you get yourself examined by a Urologist so that he may examine you and rule out any pathology.

Once confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause.

Hope I have answered your Query, I Will be available to answer your follow up Queries.

Wish you Good Health.

Regards,
