Brief Answer:
It is not an overdose. She might experience excessive sleepiness

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Fenistil (dimetindene) is an antihistamine/anticholinergic which can be given orally in dose 1 and 10 mg/kg. Fenistil drops contains dimetindene in the concentration of 1 mg/ml. Although I do not have the body weight of your child, I presume that it is within the tolerated range and so I would not consider it an overdose. So, you need not worry. However, she might experience excessive sleepiness as a side effect. Nothing needs to be done about it. Just let her rest. But in case you do not feel something to be right, it would still be preferable to take your child to a hospital.
