Is it okay to give her that ...as she had consumed little amount of soil yesterday ...
If she has motion again...what should be given ...as I have enterrogemina dose also...will that be safe and effective?

Brief Answer:
yes you can

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually loose stools is viral infection which may last a few days at this age. In your child's case it could be also food poisoning or worms as she consumed some soil.
But don't worry.
You have done the right thing.
You can give enterogermina one dose and see if it settles.
Give oral rehydration solutions like electral to keep hydrated
If not settling consult your pediatrician soon.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
