Brief Answer:
Both good, but tazloc slightly better ma'am

Detailed Answer:
hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would surely help you with your requirements ma'am.

There have been several comparisons between tazloc (telmisartan) and olmesar (olmesartan), and in all of the studies conducted the following were the results:
-Blood pressure was recorder at different times of the day, before and after meals, and so on. Most of the blood pressure readings were found to be exactly the same, except for a slightly better reading with the use of telmisartan in the morning
-Patients with abnormal lipid profiles showed improvement with the use of telmisartan
-Patients with abnormal glucose readings found to show an improvement with the use of telmisartan
-Patients with metabolic syndrome and chronic heart failure seemed to benefit more with the use of telmisartan

In my opinion both these medications are good, and most importantly as there is no hard and fast rule for treating hypertension, a response observed is individual, and only after trying each of these medications on yourself will we be able to predict which of these would be better suited for you.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
