Brief Answer:
you need FT4 in pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Akshata, hi and welcome to HCM!
pregnancy is one time when you do not monitor your thyroxine dose by TSH, rather by FT4. TSH may be still low due to hcg homology, but FT4 needs to be maintained in high normal range. so please check your FT4 and let me know.

Brief Answer:
recheck every 4 weekly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Akshata! fair enough. Report is good and dose increment is justified. so go ahead with it and repeat TSH and FT4 after 4 weeks and let me know .
