    Is Splenda safe to use?

Posted on Mon, 31 Jul 2017 in Medicines and Side Effects
Question: Is Splenda bad for your health. I substitute it for sugar because it has no calories. I use probably 6-8 packages a deal in cereal, coffee, etc.

Brief Answer:
There is no documented harm with this by the FDA!

Detailed Answer:

Existing evidence doesn't suggest that there is harm in consuming splenda. However, it is always good to consume everything in moderation. Use as little as needed to accomplish the purpose for which it is used. Unfortunately, there are no universally recommended daily intake values.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
