Is Sinarest Helpful In Lower Fever?

Question: My wife is having fever for past two days. She took Sinarest yesterday and today. Considering fever is on for two days, after on-phone consultation, we have started Azithromicin 500 today for three days.

She had 102.5 a while back. Can I give Sinarest to bring down fever.

Planning to take her for in person consultation tomorrow.

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Sinarest contains paracetamol 500 mg per tablet.It can be given to bring down fever.However plain paracetamol 500 mg can be repeated if fever does not come down below 100 degree F,instead of another tablet of sinarest..
