Brief Answer:
can give petavac-sd

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Pentaxim is combination of injectable polio, haemophilus influenza tybe -b, and DTP .
Only advatange is that it is painless.
But as per the recent recommendations it is less effective than conventional pentavac vaccine.
Pentavac -SD is cheaper, may cause swelling at injection site and fever for 2 days,
It contains hepatitis-B in place of polio injection as in pentaxim.
If you choose any vaccine you have to give 2 injection in different thighs.
Either polio separatly if you choose pentavac or hepatitis b separatly if you give pentaxim.
So after all you will get the complete course by giving any combination.
I will recommend you to give pentavac-SD for next doses.
Hope i helped you.
