Paneer is an animal protein and may have higher percentages of fat. Although, it is a nourushing food and a very good source of dietary protein and calcium, it's use in everyday diet is not recommended.
You may replace it with other protein rich foods, like pulses, sprouts, egg, fish, chicken, beans,corn
