Question: Im 24 years old im using pendram plus crem for fairness fast month I'm become fair but I have one is it safe
If any said effects is there

Panderm plus cream should not be used for fairness treatment. It contains high potency steroid Clobetasol propionate which can lead to various side effects like thinning of the skin, redness, increased hair growth and pimples.

I would recommend you to not use this cream on your face as it can be harmful.

1 month back I used pendram plus cream when u told that cream is not good I stopped using now my skin is getting rashes and pimples marks Wat I can do can you suggest me.....please

Hi,
Welcome back.

These are side effects of using Panderm plus cream. On stopping the cream you get these side effects as your skin becomes dependant on the steroid.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take tablet Doxycycline 100 mg once daily at night along with metronidazole gel on the rashes twice daily.
Along with this I recommend them to apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples twice daily.
This treatment is continued for 6-8 weeks under supervision of a doctor.
