Is Nitric Rush safe to be taken for erectile dysfunction?

Question: Yes, I am a 62 year old male taking anti depressants and an acid reducer / GERD reducer. I have lost energy and stamina the past three years as well as erectile dysfunction. I want to try a mail order supplement called Nitric Rush which contains Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate Is it safe .
Also want to try a product called RevBoost which contains HorneyGoat weed leaf extract, saw palmetto, orchid substance, wild yam extract, nettle root extract . Does this seem safe ?

After ruling out organic causes, your doctor will prescribe age appropriate vitamins and supplements to increase your energy and stamina.
