Is Moxifloxacin Safe For Eye Injury In Infants?

Question: Hi Sir, my daughter is 8.5 month. She hit her eye to side table edge didn't cry, only water came in both the eyes.
I took her eye specialist, he gave Mosi drops. I put one drop last night and night for both eyes.

Is Mosi drops safe for babies under 1 year

thanks doctor, but there is no redness, swelling and even Baby didn't cry. can I stop. all at home are scolding not put drops since it's not good for babies

Hi,
As she was hit by table there could be an internal injury in eye hence moxifloxacin has been prescribed by your opthalmologist.
As per my opinion it should be used for 3 days.
Don't worry about all at homes(none of them is an opthalmologist).
