Is Meftal-p safe for a 7 year old child for fever?

Question: Hi, are there any complications of giving mental-p below 102. My daughter aged 7, is running cyclical fever since 3 days. She is on anti vitals, which stated XXXXXXX Wanted to give mental at 101 knowing fever will spike. Pls suggest

Yes, you can give meftal p syrup for fever in your child.
There are no side effects if given in proper dosage.
I am quite sure that you have wrongly written meftal p as mental p.
In my opinion, you can give 7 ml of meftal p syrup for fever.
