Question: I've had Meige's for over 25 yrs with no symptoms of dementia. Is lewy body dementia always associated with Meige's ?

Lewy body dementia is not usual symptom in Meiges syndrome,actually,only in minority of cases we see dementia so if you didnt have signs of dementia in 25 years then lewy body dementia probably wont occur at all. Wish you good health. Regards
