Question: hi doctor,
I am XXXXXXX age 24 weight 108kg. I am doing gym from past 2 months and following diet plan as well to reduce weight and be fit. I was rescently reading artivles about fat loss supliments and found that L cartinine tablets is pretty helpful to give energy in gym workout as well as cut down fat bu burning it to produce energy.could you suggest if I should take the same or not.

1.Your weight is more than what is suppose to be at your age, however its not impossible to reduce in natural way.

2.I would not recommend any artificial supplements to reduce weight, the supplements have there own side effects and preservatives which are not good in long run.

3.First find out any underlying cause for the increase weight like hormonal imbalance - if there is any problem, then treat the cause first.

4.If there is no problem, then try brisk walk for an hour a day regularly with out fail and take more of natural proteins ( egg / pulses ), more of salads, fruits, fibrous food for better bowel moment, avoid junk, spicy, fat containing food. This will definitely help to loose weight gradually.

5.So please don't go on any medications and supplements - try in a natural way that will help.
