Question: Hi Doc,

Two weeks back I went for a massage. She gave me good massage and made me hard. She came on top of me and rubbed my pennis on to her vagina. It was wet. I didn't have any intercourse with her. Since my pennis came I contact with her wet vagina, I am scared now. What would be the chance for any STD. Also what about HIV. Please reply.

Brief Answer:
Almost nil for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
The chances of HIV transmission even if the partner is infected is 1/200 to 1/2000 by vaginal unprotected intercourse. Here there is just contact of secretion and no penetration. So it is even lesser chances or almost nil . Moreover she may be negative for HIV.If she is negative then you can totally allay fears.
If unknown status you are not at risk but can go for test for HIV and other STDs just to relieve your anxiety.
You can get back for any clarification.

Hi Doc,

Thanks For your reply. But to be in a pleasant state of mind, i would like to discuss with you the happenings in details. I am living in Dubai and i cannot do a STD test just like that. When my pennis had contact with her vaginal fluid i am sure it was outside because she was rubbing it. But i ejaculated with in 10 minutes after this. Will that be a risk for STD / HIV. Here in dubai its climate changing season from summer to winter. I am having blocked nose and flu like illness now. I am worried if this is symptom of any STD or is this because of mere climate change. I want an expert advice.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms not due to HIV/STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I earlier mentioned that the chances of HIV or other STDs is less.As there is contact with some secretions , there are minor chances of STDs if she had any STDs.If she is negative for STDs you are totally safe.
Practically the chances of STDs are very less.
To allay anxiety tests can be done.
The symptoms are non specific and not due to STDs/ HIV. It can be due to climate change.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
