Explained in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

The BMI is within range i.e 24.3 in your case.

Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

There is no evidence to suggest that you should not undergo a weight loss program such as the one you stated. However , rapid weight loss i.e within a span of 3 weeks has to have considerable metabolic and physical strain on your body. I would advise against going for quick results that could leave you malnourished. I checked the site and it states that the weight loss program is under the supervision of healthcare experts. In my opinion , based on your BMI and past history of follicular lymphoma , I would advise against such a short term weight loss especially when your weight is in limits. Instead, simple lifestyle changes would suffice at this moment. Avoid night time heavy meals just before going to sleep, eat food with plenty of roughage and fiber, try to take a spoonful of ispaghula husk before each meal with one full 250 ml glass of water, exercise or brisk walk daily twice for at least 30 minutes, span out your meals by making them small and frequent rather than large and few, drink plenty of water and avoid excess simple sugars/fast food/cola drinks.
wishing you best of health

Thanks

Please consult your doctor before deciding on any further course of action.
