Brief Answer:
continue with same medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Your doctor has given you a good combination of medications.
Folitrex is methotrexate , one of the best medicine for severe psoriasis. Only problem is that it cannot be continued for very long period as it has side effects.
At present your foot appears very bad so please continue with the prescribed medication. You will get relief.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
folitrex is safe

Detailed Answer:
Folitrax is safe. Just liver function and blood count need to be monitored.
Biopsy is not required. The lesions are quiet evident of psoriasis.
Please get your base line liver function and blood count done and go ahead with treatment.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
