Brief Answer:
You should not worry about these results.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Rise in Fasting Blood Sugar level to 95 from 84 it may not be of any significance.

Cut off values of Fasting Blood Sugar level -
More than 100 denotes Pre-diabetes.
More than 125 denotes Diabetes.

Any value below cut off level is always considered as normal.

For diagnosis of Diabetes following blood tests are universally accepted rather than Fasting Blood Sugar level alone.
1) OGTT (Oral Glucose tolerance Test).
Fasting Venous Blood glucose level cut off values -
More than 100 denotes Pre-diabetes.
More than 125 denotes Diabetes.
2 hours post glucose venous blood glucose level cut off values -
More than 140 denotes Pre-diabetes.
More than 200 denotes Diabetes.
Any one abnormal value is sufficient to label as Diabetes or Pre-diabetes.

2) HbA1c :
6.5 or more denotes Diabetes.
5.7 to 6.4 denotes Pre-diabetes.
Below 5.7 considered as normal.

3) Random venous blood glucose level of more than 200 in the presence of symptoms of diabetes is considered as Diabetes.

Hope this helps you in clarifying your doubts.
I will be happy to answer your follow up question, if any.
Otherwise close the question and rate the answer.
