Euphorbia hirta juice can be applied for skin tag unless you are allergic to the plant.
Multiple skin tags will occur due to virus origin. It is harmless.

As you are using himalaya scrub neem based will help you.

Aloe vera juice, vinegar, garlic and onion juice etc.. all will help in skin tag as alkali based substances will remove the root of the tag.

It is a temporary management for the particular skin tag.

I advise you to mix euphorbia juice and vinegar and apply in it on the skin tag.

Apply it and gently rub on it.

Continue it for 7 days to 10 days. It will peel off. Before applying kindly apply a small mix on your normal skin to test whether you are allergic or not.

However, new skin tag will reappear because it is purely genetic reason.

In my clinical experience herb like tinospora cordifolia drug oral intake will help you in preventing further developments of skin tags. It should be taken daily for 6 months.

euphorbia powder or juice is not a reputed drug available as a single drug or combined with any other.

Rare drug in usage.

You can collect ibontanical garden mentioning the local name hindi name.baridhudi. tamil name. Ammampatcharisi.

if you feel difficult in getting it try applying only vinegar and rub it. Because vinegar got the affect in skin tag.

I usually prescribe vinegar for skin tag removal.
