Is Endura Mass Intake Safe For Muscle Building And Weight Gain?

Question: Hi, I am 29 year old Male, Height: 5'5", with weight around below 50Kg. I look very thin. I want to gain some weight & muscles & also want to increse height to some extent. To get a good look & physique, I heard about Endura Mass. Will it be safe for me to take Endura Mass as a Supplement. Please help me with a detailed diet & excercise plan for me. Thanks in Advance.

Brief Answer: Further height is not possible due to fused bones. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing to HCM Body weight and height of a person depend upon many things like genetics,diet,lifestyle etc. You are 29 years old and further increase in height is biologically not possible. If any body claims to increase your height then simply the person is making fool of you.By this age all growth plates of the body are fused so,further height is not possible. Don't worry at all.In Indian context 5'5" height is absolutely normal. Endura Mass claims to increase weight but you can try other natural methods. It is good that you are so concerned about your fitness. If want to increase your body mass and increase your fitness then you should give more stress to your diet and physical activity. You should eat Yogurt, raw paneer,drink hot milk bedtime,drink lots of water, eat fruits and salads,eat little salad before lunch and Dinner. Dip handful of whole grains (Black grams, peas, peanuts, pulses) in cup of water overnight and eat in morning. Eat more of vegetarian food,have 5 time meals rather.Eat yogurt,curd in morning and evening. Drink 1 cup of green tea empty stomach. Take breakfast of cereals,milk and egg with bread. In lunch you can have beans on bread,1 plate dal rice or 2-3 breads with baked/ boiled vegetables Have light dinner,eat some salad and u can have 2-3 breads and with gravy, pulses or pasta. Drink plain hot milk with only little sugar or green tea bed time. Avoid soda/aerated drinks,chicken,cheese,pizzas and junk food. Avoid rice at night. You can look for alternates like fish,crab, prawns,Soya,Mushrooms etc. You should be active in your daily activity and go for walking.You should also join Gym. Hope I have answered your question.
