Brief Answer:
Take avil, carcet and dicaris

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
Winolap is olopatadine and avil is pheniramine. Both are antihistamines. Their function is similar except that olopatadine works more in eye itching etc. I believe pheniramine should be enough.
Now carcet contains diethylcarbamazine and cetrizine. Cetrizine is again antihistaminic. Diethylcarbamazine is antihelminthic. You can take it to eliminate worm infestations.
Dicaris contains levamisole. Yes it can be used with 5-fluoro uracil in colon cancer but its main role is in various skin infections etc.

So my advice would be to take avil, carcet and dicaris as prescribed by your doctor.

Hope this was useful.
Regards.

Thanks a lot Doctor Swarnava !!
I have decided to take only avil and carcet.Let me see how it works. After taking the medicines for one night alone has made me drowsy.Hope these medicines do not have any side effects.I am diabetic and am taking Glyree (1mg) twice a day. Also for Sinus bradychardia, I am taking Alupent 10 mg.Hope Avil and carcet will not cause further problem.I understand that one of the side effects of taking carcet is bradychardia ??

Brief Answer:
antihistamines have sedative effects; carcet causes bradycardia

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
The drowsiness is because of the antihistamines you are taking. It will wean off on its own when you stop taking them.
And yes, diethylcarbamazine causes bradycardia. Though the intravenous injection is more prone to side effects, still with oral formulation also, it can happen. So since you are already on medicine for the same, it will be better to consult your doctor for a possible change of medicine or dose adjustment.
You can take the rest without worry.

Wish you good health.
