Is Clearblue Fertility Monitor Accurate In Detecting Ovulation Period?

Question: I am worried because Clearblue fertility monitor shows ovulation but ovulation test sticks (boots own brand) always show negative.
Do you think I will be ovulating and should trust the Clearblue fertility monitor?

1) You are right. As per clear blue fertility monitor you are probably ovulating.

2) Boots sticks seem to be not sensitive enough for the amount of LH hormone in urine.

3) Both of these basically detect the surge in hormone called LH which happens during ovulation.

4) Hence go with Clearblue. Especially since you have already confirmed with follicular growth scan , ovulation is certain.

even if i am mix up with the scan I think I have had if fertility monitor is showing peak (3 bars) do I still have a chance to conceive naturally please

1) Scan is more accurate and unlikely to go wrong compared to clearblue.

2) If clearblue is showing 3 bars it is best to try now for best results.

Thank you it is the first time in 3 months it has shown 3 bars so I am hopeful. I will give it until Christmas and if not conceived by then will go and see someone
