Sir, first of all you need to understand that any medicine has it's own list of side effects and it's not that every one gets it.
So, we need to compare the benefit risk ratio.
As such if you would read on internet you would find the same answer for almost all the medicines.
As such if you don't have any other co morbid condition associated then Ciprofloxacin can be used at your age if it is required.
