Brief Answer:
Will need very high dose. Please furnish some more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar welcomes you to the HCM virtual clinic.i have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As per your query, I would like to know about few things.
Do you have regular periods?
Do you follow anycontraceptive methods?
When did you have your last periods? Andwhen did you have unprotected sex activity??

As. you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycle, days 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of the cycle. If you happen to have unprotected sex activity in this period, you stand chance to get pregnant.

As you might be knowing that tab Cerazette is progesterone hormone tablet. it is used as contraceptive pill, but needs to be used continuously.
For using it as an emergency contraceptive pill, you will need to consume very high dose of the tablets.
I will suggest you to get in touch with your treating gynecologist before hand.
Also, it will not be wrong on my side to suggest you to get proper sex counseling done.
This will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Answers to your questions:
1. Regular periods - yes
2. Contraceptive methods - yes, a condom was used but it broke. That's why we are concerned.
3. Last period: approx 31st of March
4. Last "unprotected" sex activity: 21st April night

I've taken 2 Cerazette pills every 12 hours (total 6 pills) since we realized that the condom broke.

If the dosage of Cerazette was to be higher, what is it?
What can I do now, knowing that an Emergenct Contraceptive is not available?

Brief Answer:
Wait for withdrawal bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there. thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

As you have already consumed the progesterone pills, now you need to simply wait for the withdrawal bleeding. Withdrawal bleeding can be early or late, it can be scanty or a bit heavy.

With the history of regular cycles, your unprotected sex activity seems to be well beyond fertile period of the cycle. So you are most likely not going to be pregnant.

Please get proper sex counseling done and use of appropriate contraceptive method will help to prevent unwanted pregnancy and various other issues.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
